New purchased credit not reflecting.

Hi there,

we've recently (this evening about 2.40PM [+8 GMT]) purchase 10 additional credit thru the team bucketexplorer pages (https://accounts.cloudcompexp.com/confi ... 55c8a71dfb) and after few hours, I still don't find the the credit increase from 0.

may i know what action i need to take to get the credit reflect? we need to assign few more users soon.
