Hi,

I am running Bucket Explorer on proxy settings in your office where we are connected with LAN but I can not list s3 buckets. It showing message to check your network connection ? What I need to specify for User Name, Password and Domain Name?

Please help me...

Hello,

If your proxy server supports support NTLM authentication then only you need to specify User Name, Password and Domain Name. Please check you provided proxy settings. It might possible the proxy server is operational, but might be very far from you or the proxy might be busy at the moment (too many user). Please contact to your ADMIN and confirm the proxy settings.
