What is the use of Restore option, which is provided in the pop-up menu while we right click on the object in Bucket Explorer.

Hi,

Bucket Explorer facilitates you to restore your older version as latest version.
Restore operation can not be performed if content of selected version object which you want to restore is same as latest version of that S3 object.

Hi....
You can not restore deleted bucket even versioning enabled. There is no such feature provided. Even you can not delete bucket if versioning enables. Bucket Explorer will prompt you that versioning is enable on requested bucket so you need to delete version objects then bucket will be deleted.
