hi, I need to take huge backups at every day's end. I know I can use Bucket Commander for that. But can you help me with multiple configuration files. i.e. can it possible for me to run multiple instances of Bucket Commander?

Yes, definitely you can schedule and run more than one Bucket Commander for backup of S3 objects. For this you need to create different commander configuration files using Edit commander Configuration File feature of Bucket Explorer GUI OR you can also create configuration file manually.
