Hi,

Yes, you can delete versions of object from bucket.
For this select object from bucket then right click & choose option "show version" which will list the all version(s) of a object.
Now select the desired version object and delete by any of below options:

a. Files --> Delete File(s)
b. Advanced--> Quick Delete.
