Hello ,
I have downloaded Bucket Explorer newer version which support RRS ,but in this I am seeing a upload option as REDUCED_REDUNDENCY by right click on local file(s) to upload with REDUCED_REDUNDENCY storage but how can I change the storage of existing s3 and version objects ?

Thanks!

Hello ,
Using Bucket Explorer you can change storage type of existing s3 object(s) only from STANDARD to REDUCED_REDUNDENCY OR REDUCED_REDUNDENCY to STANDARD. You can right click on selected s3(s) objects and choose Update_Meta_Data >> Edit and you need to check select the check box “Use Reduced Redundancy Storage ” and save your change.
You can Also changes Storage in Batch operation also .

Thanks

Hello,

I can easily change storage type of existing object using update meta data , but how can I change storage class of specific version object because Update MetaData option disabled on the version object(s) listing .

Thanks
