I am new to Amazon S3 and I would like to know the role of making public and private access on the S3 object before creating the Signed web URL for that s3 objects. Explore the usage.

Hi,
It does not require to make public OR private before the Signed web URL for that S3 object & signed URL worked on time-stamp,
but for creating simple web URL you need to give public access to the S3 object.
