I have tried bucket exlorer 2-3 times its have goo ui but I don't like 2 buckets which are creating every time, I removed too many times. So how can I skip these buckets ?

You cannot avoid the creation of these bucket .
These two buckets are system bucket of your account ,we use these two buckets for storing version of your deleted and overwritten data so you can easily retrieve your accidental deleted and overwritten data .
but now Amazon s3 starts to keep the versioning of your deleted and overwritten object ,so in future version of Bucket Explorer we are planning to make these two bucket as optional .
